WHAT A TRIP ?? - We have honestly had the best holiday ? Everything has been perfect ? Even the 2 days of cloud we endured were filled with laughter and sporadic dancing around a supermarket with a dj ?? - If you ever come to Mykonos I can’t recommend staying at @kouroshotel any higher ? It’s the perfect distance from Mykonos town, the staff are absolutely wonderful, the views are breathtaking, the food is delicious and the beds were like sleeping on the comfiest cloud you ever slept on ☁️ ? - Also big up to my spirit sister @georgiespurling who has kept me entertained the entire holiday ? I love you to the hummus and back ? - Where shall I go next? ? _________________________________________________ #greece #holiday #kouros #gifted #kouroshotel #lean #goals #fitness #fit #legs #bodygoals #beautiful #bikini #bikinibody #fitnessmotivation #abs #strong #muscles #yoga #yogi #boxing #girlswhobox #ukfitfam #fitfam #travel #travelblogger

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY ????? - I get a fair few messages on here asking what kind of things I eat so I thought I would do a post about it ??‍♀️ - Firstly, I always eat 3 times a day without fail and I have carbs in every meal because I move so much, carbs are something I NEED ?? - I am a terrible cook so I don’t put a huge amount of thought into what I eat. I just make sure I get everything that my body needs to fuel me throughout the day ??‍♀️ - MORNING- I start every morning with a green shot that consists of a scoop of green powder that has everything I need in a day and a teaspoon on chlorella ??? - BREAKAST: I either have gluten free porridge (I eat gluten free a lot cos it makes me feel less bloated) with nut butter, raisins, dried apricots, cashew nuts, oat milk & some manuka honey ? OR I have toasted rye bread with a whole smashed avocado ? - SNACKS: I am not a huge snacker as I have digestion issues and snacking is the worst thing you can do with that ❌ But if it was particularly hungry I would have some nuts, a protein ball or a pack of gluten free oatcakes. Probs with some more nut butter ? - LUNCH: Normally this would be a veggie wrap or a vegan burrito ? I bloody love wraps ?? Then I would have some 80/90% chocolate for pudding ? - DINNER: A typical dinner for me would brown rice (microwave pack ?), kale crisps, roasted courgettes/broccoli, tofu/salmon or tofurkey (I f*cking love tofurky), with cold olive oil, nutritional yeast (with added B12) and maybe some yeast/gluten free veggie stock all mixed together? - If I fry anything I always use coconut oil ? - I like to keep my fats up as I don’t want to lose weight so I make sure I eat a whole avocado a day and lots of nuts ? - TREATS: Obviously one cant eat like this all the time or you’d go mad so once or twice a week I eat whatever I want ?? - This mainly always consists of a pizza cos that’s my JAM ?And as much sweets and chocolate as I can stuff into my mouth ? I am an extremist so I ain’t one of these ‘Have a little bit of chocolate whenever you like’ people ⛔️ I am ALL or NOTHING ? I don’t know what ‘little bit’ means ? - OVER AND OUT ✌? ____________________________

HOW I FEEL ABOUT BEING 35 ??‍♀️ - Growing older was something that used to TERRIFY ME ? But that was because I was riddled with constant anxiety, didn’t know what I was doing in life or the kind of person I wanted to be ??‍♀️ - Right now I am not where I want to be career wise and life is definitely not perfect and never will be. But when I think back to who I was and the woman I have grown to become, I am so immensely proud of myself ? - I have never felt so sure about who I am in all my life and I know there are amazing things around the corner. When I had my breakdown and couldn’t see past the next minute, actually being excited about my future is something I could have only dreamed about ? - I know it’s a cliche but the phrase ‘age is just a number’ is so true ?? I used to think that by a certain age things HAD to happen but in my experience, the older I get the better life seems to be ☺️ - It doesn’t matter if you are 20/30/40/50/60 and don’t know what you are doing. The truth is none of us do, it’s just we’re all too scared to admit it. It is NEVER too late to make changes, NEVER ??Life can be struggle and it can be up and down, we just gotta try and enjoy the ride as much as we can ?? - I am 30 f*cking 5 and I have never been happier ❤️ - That might change but if I can get through my breakdown I can get through anything that life has to throw at me ? - Pic by @jacob_hazell ? ________________________________________________ #ageing #age #birthday #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #anxiety #depression #recovery #beautiful #fit #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitfam #goals #motivation #inspiration #yoga #yogi #boxing #girlswhobox

REMINDER: WOMENS MENTAL HEALTH MEET UP ? • Just a small (well no f*cking HUGE) reminder that this Saturday I am holding my first women’s mental health meet up in Battersea Park at 2pm ?? • I feel there is a huge need in our society for those with mental health issues to never feel alone and I know that some people aren’t as lucky as me to have so many people in their lives to talk to about what they are going through ? • So instead of messaging individuals on here I thought it would be a great idea for us all to get together and have an honest in-depth chat about all things mental health ? • Because us nutters need to stick together right? ? • This will be a women’s only event to start with just so everyone feels as comfortable as possible ? • Location: Battersea Park Date: 15th June Time: 2pm Meeting point: Go Ape (it was meant to be the peace pagoda because some chumps are already holding an event there ?) • Please DM me or comment below if you are attending so I know the amount of people to expect ?? • Mainly to avoid me waiting there alone Incase no one shows up ? • This new venture is very important to me because I know it would have hugely helped me when I was struggling so I really hope they help you too ? • Just being around like minded people can be enough of a comfort so don’t feel pressured to talk if you don’t want to. I just hope by me talking about my struggles and how I overcame them will give you the motivation to keep going and above all to remind you that things always change ❤️ • @jacob_hazell ? REASONS I STAYED ALIVE ❤️ • ?I knew deep down things would change ?The moments of clarity I got through exercise ?Because of all my loved ones who supported me through that time ?By openly speaking about my struggles and connecting with people who had been through the exact same ?By knowing I hadn’t been like that forever so the old ‘me’ was still there underneath all that ?Because of the sadness my family & friends would have gone through if I had given up ?By reading about mental health and educating myself about exactly what anxiety is, so by understanding it my fear of it was reduced ?Not being able to see my niece and nephew again ?Because I could never get that rescue dog I have always dreamed of ?Knowing that my struggles were making me stronger ?Knowing that I was loved • As long as your heart is beating, there is hope ? • What are some of your reasons? ? • Pic by the wonderful @jacob_hazell ? ‘EMILY, ARE YOU A MAN?’ ??? • Someone messaged me this on Instagram last week and it doesn’t upset me ❌ I just think it’s LAUGHABLE ? • This is 2019, how are some of us still stuck in the 1800s ??‍♀️ • I don’t believe there are such things as ‘Manly’ or ‘feminine’, what a crock of ? • Those terms were merely created by society years ago and much like sheep, we have all followed these rules for centuries ? • Men go to work. Women stay home and cook. Men bring in the money. Women look after the children. Men are the bosses. Women are the assistants. Men drink the drinks. Women bring them the drinks. Men play sports. Women watch. Men drive the cars, women sit in the passenger seat. Men have muscles. Women need to stay thin.......BORE OFF MATE ?? • We as women have come so far but there are STILL some men around who just can’t handle what strong ass mother f*ckers we have become ?? • Just so you know, all those comments do is make us want to look stronger and be stronger ?? • I have never adhered to societal norms and I am certainly not going to start now ??‍♀️ • Whenever I get comments like this, I just think how sad that you are constantly scrolling on your computer or phone looking for someone to upset whilst we are out in the REAL WORLD living our lives ? • Now can someone please pass me a dumbbell? And make it a heavy one ?️‍♂️ ________________________________________________ #strong #strength #muscles #motivation #abs #lean #goals #female #empowerment #femaleempowerment #truth #positivity #positivethinking #body #fit #beautiful #fitnessgirl #boxing #girlswhobox #yoga #yogi
